VISIAN ICL™ - $3,500 per eye
ReSTOR®, ReZoom™ or Crystalens® – $5,000 per eye
Cataract Patients
ReSTOR®, ReZoom™ or Crystalens® (cataracts) – $2,400 per eye*
AcrySof® Toric Lens (cataracts and astigmatism) – $850 per eye*
* Prices are in addition to insurance payment.
